Pet Parents Feeding Guide

Step 1: Fill Out Your Pup's Information

  • Complete the ONLINE FORM with details about your pup.
  • Receive a quote based on the information you provide.

Step 2: Confirm Your Order

  • We will double-check the pricing and ensure everything is accurate.
  • We will confirm the first pickup date that works for you.

Step 3: Make Payment

  • Preferred payment method: Venmo to Venmo.
  • Other accepted methods: credit/debit cards, and cash.
  • Payment can be made in advance or at the time of pickup.

Step 4: Pickup Your Pup’s Food

  • Your pup's food will be ready for curbside pickup at our home in Oakville.
  • Pickup is available from 12:00 - 6:00 PM. Please let us know prior to your arrival to ensure a quick pickup. 
  • The food will be in frozen tubs, we can have one thawed and ready for convenience (requested in advance).
  • We try to provide about 20 days worth of yummy food in each order.

Step 5: Tub Exchange

  • We would greatly appreciate it if you could rinse your tubs and return them when you pick up your next order.
  • We will thoroughly wash them and send them back out full of yummy food. We are big fans of avoiding waste😁.

Transitioning to New Food

  • We have not found any issues with transitioning from your dog's existing food to our fresh food.
  • If preferred, you can mix our food with your pup's existing food for a few days, though it is not necessary.

Additional Information

Pickup Instructions

  • We will inform you when your food is ready for pickup.
  • Let us know your preferred pickup time, and we’ll accommodate as best as we can.

Storage Instructions

  • It's best to keep the food frozen as long as you can.
  • We can provide as many thawed tubs as you would like for your convenience, please just let us know in advance.
  • Frozen tubs can take a day or two to thaw depending on their size, so make sure you transfer one to the refrigerator so it's ready when you need it.

Changing Pickup Time

  • If you need to change your pickup time or have any issues, please contact us in advance.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We do not currently have a refund or cancellation policy. Once the food is purchased, it is yours.
  • If you wish to discontinue the subscription service, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid preparing food that will not be picked up.
