We will prepare tubs for you that will provide approximately 20 days worth of food based on your pups portion size. We will calculate your pups exact portion needed . Although we highly recommend weighing your portions (especially for the smaller pups), we can provide you with a scooper for convenience. Check out our How it works page for more details.
Is it necessary to supplement with other food along with yours?
- Our food is formulated to be a complete and balanced diet, providing all the essential nutrients your pup needs. While we recommend feeding our food exclusively for the best results, we understand that some customers, especially those with multiple large pups, may have financial constraints. In such cases, our food can be an excellent supplement to your pup's existing diet. Please contact us to discuss a customized plan that suits your needs.
How much does the food cost?
The cost per day varies based on your pup's daily calorie needs, determined by their weight and activity levels. Please fill out our price quote form, and we will get back to you quickly with a personalized plan.
Does the food need to stay frozen?
Yes, it is recommend to keep the food frozen as long as you can. Simply transfer a tub to the refrigerator to ensure you always have enough thawed and ready. We do not recommend thawing any more than that.
Do I need to cook the food?
No cooking is necessary. Our food is pre-portioned and ready to serve. You can warm it up in a bowl of hot water or serve it cold. We do recommend thawing it fully for your dog’s enjoyment.
Why do you only have one recipe while other brands have multiple?
Our extensive research has shown that this one recipe meets the needs of most dogs. We exclude common allergens and pack our recipe with high-quality ingredients, ensuring superior nutrition compared to larger brands. For more details, visit our Recipe page.
Should I ask my vet if your food is right for my pup?
Absolutely! Feel free to consult your vet about our food. We can provide detailed food labels if needed. We are confident in our research and recipe, believing that fresh food is superior to kibble and other processed foods.
What if I have a puppy or a senior dog?
Our food is suitable for dogs of all ages. For puppies, we recommend more frequent feedings and slightly larger portions to support their growth. Once they reach maturity, we can adjust the portions accordingly. We will stay in close contact with you regarding current weight and portion recommendations.
